It’s not difficult to turn word searches into unique gifts. And no design experience is required. Here’s a step-by-step guide for turning word searches into unique gifts.

Step 1: Make your word searches.

First, you’ll need one or more word searches to turn into a product. Make your word search with our word search maker. Then, publish it to move on to the next step.

Step 2: Download your puzzle as an image.

To save your word search, you have three options. First, you can simply save it as a PDF with the icon in the left-hand sidebar. Second, you can select the “Print” option and save it from there. Finally, you can take a screenshot of your puzzle and use that image. The last option is helpful if you don’t want to list the answer key.

If you’d like to upload a solved word search, make sure to select, “Show Answers” in the left-hand sidebar, select the print option, then select “Save as PDF.”

Step 3: Upload your puzzle to a personalized design site.

There are many websites out there that will allow you to add your personal images to products. Redbubble and Zazzle come to mind for most people. For this step, we’ll use Zazzle as an example.

First, select the “Create Your Own” category, then select the item you would like to create. Once you’ve chosen an item, select the “Add Image” button next to it. Upload your word search and adjust it to the item.

Step 4: Order your item.

That’s it! Now you just need to order your item and give it to your friend or family member. It’s that simple.
